Our Supplier Diversity / Small Business Program

Consists of:

  • Executive sponsorship
    • The supplier diversity program is sponsored by the Head of Procurement and resides within the Global Supply Chain (GSC) organization. 
  • Outreach & strategic collaboration
    • We seek out diverse suppliers through active involvement with minority development organizations.  
    • We focus on providing business opportunities for diverse suppliers in sourcing events.  
    • We drive awareness of the importance of diverse supplier management within GlobalFoundries’ supply chain.   
  • Tracking & continuous improvement
    • We verify that businesses meet the criteria of ownership through valid certification to qualify as diverse suppliers recognized by the GlobalFoundries’ supplier diversity program.  
    • We monitor and report our progress quarterly towards achieving our program targets.
