GLOBALFOUNDRIES Singapore Receives National Workplace Safety and Health AwardSingapore, July 17, 2012 – GLOBALFOUNDRIES is pleased to announce that its fabrication facilities in Singapore have clinched four Workplace Safety and Health Performance Awards, presented by the Workplace Safety and Health Council and supported by the Ministry of Manpower. The annual national awards recognize companies and organizations on a national level that demonstrate excellent performance in safety and health through the implementation of sound safety and health management systems. This is the first time that all GLOBALFOUNDRIES fabs in Singapore have received the national recognition in the Silver award category (refer to Notes to Editor). “GLOBALFOUNDRIES Singapore is honored to receive national recognition for our continued efforts in keeping a safe and healthy workplace.
