GLOBALFOUNDRIES operates several state-of-the-art 200mm manufacturing facilities in Singapore - Fab 2, 3/5, 3E, and 6. To enhance our core manufacturing capability, these fabs offer integrated services such as on-site eTest to sort wafers, in-house failure analysis expertise for in-depth product debugging, and 3rd party turnkey services for a one-stop design-to-chip solution. These fabs capitalize on a dynamic manufacturing platform to meet the cyclical nature of demand in the semiconductor industry, and they are arranged according to three specialized centers of manufacturing excellence:
- Fab 2, 3E: Expertise in the production of selected automotive IC products, High Voltage power management IC and Mixed-Signal products with embedded non-volatile memory technology
- Fab 3/5: Expertise in the production of High Voltage IC's for small panel display drivers and mobile power management modules
- Fab 6: Full copper fab that is capable of highly integrated CMOS and RFCMOS products for applications such as Wi-Fi/Bluetooth.
