We are one of the world's leading producers of power management modules and RF combo chips, utilized in the majority of the world's smart phones.

Our leading-edge capacity will expand to 2.3 million 300mm wafers annually across the United States, Europe and Asia by 2014, offering a flexible and secure long term source of supply that is unique to the foundry industry. Our fabs are renowned for production metrics that lead the industry in low defect densities (under 0.07/inch2), on-time delivery, and sub-5ppm quality levels reported by our customers.
