GLOBALFOUNDRIES provides a wide array of I/O libraries from industry leading IP vendors giving our customers the freedom to choose the product that best meets their needs. Product range from general purpose to high performance and standard interface I/O's. Front-end design kits are typically available from the IP vendor free of charge. For further product details and library access, please register with the respective IP vendor.
40nm
GLOBALFOUNDRIES has commenced production at 45/40nm, with customers using a mix of custom and third-party IP's. In connection with the continual extension of our advanced technology roadmap to offer customers further benefits in power, performance and area at 40nm, GLOBALFOUNDRIES will roll out a comprehensive suite of 40nm IP's, starting with Foundation IP's for 40nm-LP in 2H 2010. These will support SOC customers' requirements for lower power and improved performance, while aiding their products' time-to-market. For more information or to request access to the third-party 40nm libraries, please contact your local GLOBALFOUNDRIES account representative.
