Leow Kin Keat
Vice President, Supply Chain Management and Global Procurement

Leow Kim Keat is vice president of supply chain management and global procurement at GLOBALFOUNDRIES. He is responsible for the supply chain and procurement model which support the company's operations and growing customer base, overseeing relationships with vendors and turnkey partners as well as business systems and processes.

Leow joined GLOBALFOUNDRIES in the Chartered integration, where he was vice president, customer support operations and supply management organization. Leow has nearly 25 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, including more than 17 years with Chartered. Prior to Chartered, Leow spent over seven years at Texas Instruments Singapore where he held various manufacturing positions.

Leow holds a Bachelor of Science from the National University of Singapore and a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from the Singapore Institute of Management.
