Jim Kupec
Senior Vice President, WW Sales and Marketing

Jim Kupec is Senior Vice President of WW Sales and Marketing at GLOBALFOUNDRIES. In this role he is responsible for driving our sales, marketing and customer acquisition strategy, and for successfully creating new customer relationships.

Jim has more than 30 years of experience in semiconductor design, manufacturing and management, most notably as president of United Microelectronics Corporation (UMC) USA, a Taiwan-based foundry company, and as chief operating officer of eSilicon, a leader in ASIC manufacturing and design services.

Kupec holds both a bachelor of science degree in Electrical Engineering and a master’s degree in Business Administration.
